Service is nice! Josh did a great job. BUT it is bad that when we schedule the service they dont estimate the duration of the service. It was a simple recall, somethi Josh did a great job. I arrived at Kia and they said it would take 48 Hours. By the end of the day I called them and they said the car was ready. So confusing. I felt like my time is less worthy than theirs. I would definitely consider this experience when I buy a new car. More
