Its time i cant get back! My son missed his football practice because of an almost 6 hour BASIC oil change. I had and APPOINTMENT for 1130am didnt leave till 525pm. I kept asking what was taking so long only answer was we overbooked. xxx how is that anyway to run a business? Thats horrible customer service! I complained while there, nobody wanted to make things right till what after inpost a review? Like i said STAY AWAY. I WONT BE GOING BACK OR EVER BUYING A VEHICLE AGAIN BECAUSE THIS SERVICE CENTER IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Thank you and have a nice day 😊
