We arrived at the dealership about 1 hour until close and he ended up staying with us an extra two hours after close to ensure we got the car we wanted and everything was transferred over from my trade-in vehicle. My family and I appreciated the service that Will was able to provide. He was very knowledgeable and never once, was he that "pushy car salesman". Than as we all know what happens next, you seat down and talk numbers, well we talk and he went to speak with his Sales Manager, went the Sales Manager came to us he show us some numbers which was offensive, I new then that this was the wrong place to buy a new car!! The first offer was ridiculous and offensive!!! My credit rating for my wife was 825 and i was 825 also, for him to show us that try of offer!!!! was ridiculous and insulted!! We feel so bad for the salesperson who took care of us........... So we took off to a Jeep dealer and bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee the very same day. because our credit rating was so good we had know problem getting in a new Jeep. More
