I’ve been coming here for 3 years and recently went there. The service sucks they try to say you need everything right when you pull up and they damage my tires by over inflating them to 39 PSI. First thing the lady said when I pulled up you need new tires, transmission flush and service. I told her I bought these tires less than a year ago and did the 68,000 maintenance on the car. She verified the info that it was correct. And she still was trying to push other services on me. I use to love coming here now I’ll have to find a new service location. More
DO NOT BUY HERE! Absolutely the worst in customer service! We bought a brand new Soul there and somehow in between the time we agreed to purchase it and when they brought it around for us to take hom service! We bought a brand new Soul there and somehow in between the time we agreed to purchase it and when they brought it around for us to take home , (probably during the presale detailing, because they had forgotten to do that and had to rush, when we brought it to their attention) the hood was gouged and scratched in a couple places, which we noticed when we got home. We immediately contacted our salesman ad sent pictures. It is now a month and a half later and we are still trying to get them to repair the car. The latest offer was they will paint it but will need to keep the car several days and will not give us a loaner vehicle. The funniest part of this story is how many times our salesman Josh bragged that they are family owned and the best in customer service "not like all those other dealers" I have bought many cars in my life time and this has been by far my worst experience. More
Had a terrible experience, I was told over the phone my car would get "up to" 4000 above KBB and there was no markup on the Kia Forte and I mentioned that I live kind of far so I really need to know if tha car would get "up to" 4000 above KBB and there was no markup on the Kia Forte and I mentioned that I live kind of far so I really need to know if that's the case so I don't waste my time and their time, so I show up and its literally the complete opposite they undervalued my car by 4000 and there was 100% a markup on the vehicle, heck the price listed on TrueCar was actually great they had it listed with rebates and only $1000 more on the car because of a package they had but not only was the package $2499 in person there was still a markup on top of it, I mentioned over the phone as well its a Nissan Altima and she said "Nissans go very quickly on our lot our Used Car manager will love to have it" yeah I'm sure he would especially if they undervalue it like no tomorrow. Oh and when the sales guy came to the desk asking me if another car would work I told him yes if it had these features and then he was gone for like half an hour I had to get reception to call him because I thought they completely forgot about me More
I got a call from Nada that they offer the best prices on trade in over Kelly BB. I get there and saw Ashton. He was polite and test drove a Sportage although I was looking for a Seltos which they had no mor trade in over Kelly BB. I get there and saw Ashton. When we Sat down to work out pricing they low balled my trade in by $1500. And wanted to charge me $5000 more than the list price. They are liars and gouging theifs. Do not go there. More
Dishonorable people, cannot be trusted. Misrepresented car for sale. When I got to dealer car was never available for sale although it was advertised as inventory for sale. Awesome!! From Myles, Eric and Aguado was all awesome. My wife and I was there for a few hours(not haggling) but working the best numbers possible. Customer service is terrible, they are very disrespectful. I bought a 2021 and something was wrong so I took it for maintenance and they approached me with nasty words. They baited me with lower priced car that was not available to be sold when I arrived since they had bought it themselves. But of course a far more expensive car was available. Went there to test drive a Telluride, loved the vehicle. Myles was a great guy, very knowledgeable and helpful. Joel (the Guest Experience Leader) arrived on the scene and all things went to xxxx. After placing a higher price than the sticker price on the finance proposal, he proceeded to use fuzzy math to attempt to convince us that the monthly note would actually save us money. We showed him prices from web sites of similar vehicles and he said they'd go up after including the accessories when we get there. We informed him that we'd go to lunch, review the proposal and think about it. Joel says, "Wait, I'm about to reduce the price and you're telling me you're leaving, wouldn't you prefer to stay?". I told him that I'd PRFER he give us the best price up front and we departed. Ended up buying the SAME vehicle at another dealership (Friendly Kia in New Port Richie, FL.) for nearly $11,000 less than City Kia's final price proposal. More
