Myself and my wife whom has been with city Kia since 2015 was our first cars the n brand new 2020 and now 2025 Sorento for both of us but we are a family of Kia 7 vehicles later we are still with Kia the ser was our first cars the n brand new 2020 and now 2025 Sorento for both of us but we are a family of Kia 7 vehicles later we are still with Kia the service department is the best Mr Anthony George is always the best we had our Sorentos serviced an as always never a problem we also recommend all our friends to City Kia an a car was just purchased we will continue to be loyal customers and family to City Kia More

The customer service was great. Everyone was super friendly and very efficient. Starting off , everything was good including the service and attention with Aaron, until financing, where everything that was agreed on, changed!! Asked the manager to take off the City Care package in whic and attention with Aaron, until financing, where everything that was agreed on, changed!! Asked the manager to take off the City Care package in which my daughter (first time buyer and only 21 yrs. old) signed with the agreement for the package to be taken off. In financing, the package itself didn’t show in the pricing. When getting home and looking over the contract they had changed the actual pricing of the car to include the package that was asked to be taken off, without having it physically listed. For them claiming to be honest, my daughter (first time buyer) and I were lied to and manipulated. Yes, I should have read the contract one more time but we trusted the people we were working with, never again! Reached out to Aaron our salesperson through text yesterday (5/30) and he said we would hear back from Leo. As of right now 5/31-12::56 pm, we are still waiting for the call. Very disappointed and taken advantage off! More
