Since the moment I noticed something was wrong with my Sorrento, I called the service center to get it checked. Unfortunately I received the notice that it will need work in its transmission but all staff Sorrento, I called the service center to get it checked. Unfortunately I received the notice that it will need work in its transmission but all staff were optimistic and give me hope that it will get fixed as soon as possible. The front of the house manager, Dan Wampler was so helpful. I explained him my concern that I’ll need a reliable car to go work during the time my Sorento was going to be fixed and he explained the process to use a loaner car during this time. I appreciate the great help during this time. More

This review is for Anthony George not so much for the dealership. After I had recalls done on my car I had to return to the dealership because my check in engine light came on and all the buttons on the dealership. After I had recalls done on my car I had to return to the dealership because my check in engine light came on and all the buttons on the steering wheel didn’t work. The mechanic didn’t check his work before returning the car to me. This isn’t the first time the mechanic didn’t check their work. I spoke with the service manager about the issue as well. Anthony took care of me right away after I returned and he is a GREAT asset to your company. Ray the service manager said he would address my issues. I have to return next week to have them finish as they had to order the recall part. Let’s hope they do the job correctly so I don’t have to return. More
