We bought a 2016 Ford Mustang from City Automall and was very happy with our experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Even though we arrived 20 minutes before closing they made us feel welcome very happy with our experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Even though we arrived 20 minutes before closing they made us feel welcome and not rushed. Salesman Thaddeus was awesome! He went over all of the details of the vehicle and made sure our questions were answered. He sent pictures and videos of the car to us on our 2 1/2 hour drive up to the dealership so we could get a better look at the car before we even arrived. He helped negotiate a price we were happy with. The manager also came over and personally thanked us for our business. Joe in Financing was very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend City Automall! More

I live about a 160 miles away from this dealership. So I wasn't able to drive down there to look at vehicles. I noticed online they had the car I was looking for. I contacted my dealership sending them the advertisement of the vehicle, to see if they could get the car for me. They were unable to offer me the great deal I got at City Ford. Thaddeus Dietrich & Joe Moravec went above and beyond what I expected from a dealership. Sent me a video inside and out of the vehicle along with pictures and several financing options available. Calling me several times throughout the day to answer any questions or concerns that I may have, making sure I was completely satisfied.
