I was in a pretty bad car accident and found myself needing something to drive quick that was still going to be something I could afford. Charles at City Ford was the only one able to help me out of 5 needing something to drive quick that was still going to be something I could afford. Charles at City Ford was the only one able to help me out of 5 dealerships that I went to. He was the light in my otherwise dismal situation and I'll forever be grateful to Charles and this dealership for managing to give me some hope back when I felt so hopeless. It means alot. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will go to them from now on without a second thought. They were the last ones I went to because I was afraid of them being a bigger dealership. Afraid that meant they would try and take advantage of my situation, but that couldn't have been farther from the truth.
