It took a couple of calls to work out a deal and I put a down payment on my car. My wife and I live in the DFW metroplex and City Chevrolet is in Columbia City, IN. My wife and I flew to Indianapolis and drove 2 hours to Columbia City. Our experience at CC could not have been better and the car was as advertised. We test drove the car and bought it. While we were waiting for paperwork to be done, Jeff Franke(sales Manager) took at least 30 minutes to show me how everything worked. He was very knowledgeable and his instructions were very helpful. After about an hour we were driving home! 2 days and 1048 miles later, we were home. Thank you City Chevrolet for making my dream car buying experience great! More

Great place...but they need to clean up after themselves. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. While I was there they said my filter was dirty and needing replaced also.... so they replaced it. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got back into my car a third of my glove box items were dumped all over the passenger floor....such as my glasses....did not appreciate that. They are good at what they do....but they really need to clean-up after themselves. Thank you. More

Buy out on a lease Everything up to the buy out process was great. I called for an appointment on a Friday to pay off my lease. Sat for almost 2 hours to sign 3 things electronic ly. Then waited again to sign 3 pieces of paperwork and out the door in less than 15 minutes after the finance department came in. Chad was great the whole time with conversation and offers of drinks and popcorn. More
