Zachary Ott my salesperson went above and beyond to get me in the truck I wanted, even staying after the dealership closed for the night to get the paperwork done. And the City Ford Service and Parts Depar me in the truck I wanted, even staying after the dealership closed for the night to get the paperwork done. And the City Ford Service and Parts Department fit my Ford Maverick in, in just 1 day and completed the work the same day adding a 2 inch Rough Country Lift new rims and bigger off-road tires. I could not be happier with their work. Thanks again to Zachary Ott for coordinating it all and making my experience buying my truck at City Ford a great one!! More

Zachary Ott, sales contact, was easy to talk with and he followed through with all of the out of town purchasing issues. There was a little delay in doing the paper work (finance) and it took about a month followed through with all of the out of town purchasing issues.
