Made us feel like we were his family and was very professional the whole time. You can tell Guillermo takes pride in his work and loves his job. Never in all my years of buying new cars have I ever had an experience like this. My mother loves her new Fiesta and now will now be going back to get another Ford thanks to Guillermo . I enjoyed the service so much my next purchase will be a Ford Fusion and not a Honda Nor Toyota, and from Citrus Ford.
