A lovely woman named Reggie greated us and was so amazingly helpful walking us around the lot showing us the cars we were interested in and then test driving them with us. We never once felt as though her goals was to just sell us something - she was truly interested in helping us find the right option. When we decided that we truly want to further discuss a potential sale we were referred to Michael who couldn't have made us feel more comfortable. At this point we were still shopping for the right car so we actually left the dealership - how wonderful it was not to have Michael or anyone on this team pressuring us to close a deal before we were ready. Because do this service, every dealership we visited after that was held to the standard of what we experienced and citrus motors and I must say that all horribly failed. In the end we returned to citrus and worked with Michael to complete the sale- we truly felt comfortable in that we had confidence that he was truly giving us the best price that he could possibly give. We didn't have to see multiple people and didn't have to go throu multiple offers just to get to the final outcome. Michael took care of us and made the whole experience extremely positive and as least stressful as car buying can possibly be. This is my first Hybrid so I asked a lot of questions. I was happy to find out that Ryan owned the same type of car and was very knowledgeable about the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership, in fact, I am planning to buy my husband the same car next year. I am very satisfied with my car except for one amenity, the push button start.
