After learning from my other dealership that my Bronco order would be canceled, I started looking online for one that was similar to the one I ordered. He was very nice and directed me to Margaret who helped me figure out how to get the 2500 rebate from Ford for my cancelled Bronco order. When I came back to the dealer Dylan, Vinnie, and Margaret all contributed to making my car buying experience as smooth as possible. So I called Citrus Motors Service Department and talked with Taylor about a possible Fuel pump replacement on my 1999 Mustang GT. I scheduled a service appt, had the car towed there and left after I delive with Taylor about a possible Fuel pump replacement on my 1999 Mustang GT. On the way home I got a call from Taylor telling me Citrus Motors does not work on cars older than ten years because they can't get OEM parts. Now I have to get the car towed AGAIN to another repair facility. Why wasn't this communicated to me BEFORE I towed my vehicle there? I've had this car serviced there since I bought it in 1999. This "policy" is nowhere on the website nor was it ever mentioned to me the last time I had it worked on at this dealership. If I can find another Ford dealership that is willing to repair my car then they will get my business going forward. If not then I can understand why Farley wants to ditch the dealership model altogether. What good is a dealership network that won't service the product it sells? More

After 48 hrs the same person emailed me and ask if i had all my issues resolved. Had to chuckle. Not the place to go if you have an expectation for high quality customer service.
