Citrus Ford is the worst dealership we’ve ever dealt with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called for service 3 days in a row just to schedule an oil change. Service Dept not once picked up nor returned any of our calls. Finally on the 3rs day I Left a message for “A Manager, any Manager at this point to file a complaint AGAIN no returned call. I can’t express enough how RUDE reception was just trying to speak to someone in Service. We kept getting told to leave a message RIGHT!!! After leaving numerous messages not one call back. Will NEVER do business with them again and definitely won’t refer anyone. This place sucks and they’re lucky they even got a one star rating from us. More
Vinnie was amazing and is a great asset to the company. Excellent customer service. On day two we spent 4 hrs for nothing to get resolved because the individual helping us that day (not Vinnie) misundersto Excellent customer service. I caught an error and canceled that initial contract. Had to go and spent a 3rd day to finalize the final contract, which should have not been necessary. I would go back for other purchases only of Vinnie Lora is the one helping us. More

I'll focus on vehicle delivery only. Sucks B - l -S. I'm 53 years old and owned in excess of 20 vehicles over my lifetime thus far (Shameful). There was next to no explanation or walk Sucks B - l -S. It was like there was a skeleton crew working and they didn't have the time or it was getting late and they wanted to go home. Signed the paperwork here's the keys a swift kick in the xxx and adios. Since it was a vehicle I ordered direct it was just by chance I noticed one of the add On's was not installed. So I'm still waiting for it to come into parts. It was a pleasure dealing with Margaret and Alex beyond that Final Delivery left something to be desired. I also bought a maintenance contract, I'm hoping it's not tied to this dealership cause I didn't get a warm fuzzy with that crowd. Had a problem with Passenger side window not going up/down properly. Service drive guy tells sales guy how to fix it potentially vice going over and doing it himself. This is a two days since delivery but they could give a flying F - - K suggested fix didn't work so they scheduled me for a return on the 21st for service date. Not a good way to start off with my new Bronco at this dealership. Seriously folks, come out tell how it uses 87 octane but if you run 89 you see an performance increase. Talk about the Glass Display, the seats etc etc. How the remote start works, how to turn on the Engine Block Heater. How the windows work. I came out and found all my frickin windows down in the driveway at my house. I had to get on Bronco Nation to find out why. I turned that feature off immediately. More

Poor customer service. Received my new truck with damage to interior and exterior, and it had over 40 miles when picked up. Paint has scratches and in interior has scuff marks and scratches on panels. The tailgate has a large paint run that shouldn't have passed inspection. Dealer does not seem to care about my concerns. I would say that Eric the service advisor is the best employee that Citrus has. Helpful, respectful, patient 5 stars for him. 3 stars for the dealership since it takes over a week to get a response and n employee that Citrus has.
