What an amazing experience we had at Circle Subaru in Tinton Falls, NJ! I placed a deposit on a vehicle on a Saturday afternoon but canceled the order first thing Monday morning after receiving a better price from another dealer. During the visit, they also used the “I need to ask my manager for a better price” approach, which did not feel particularly transparent. I never received a call back from Circle Subaru, and I never received a vehicle. Despite the cancellation, my credit card was still charged $2,500. I contacted the dealership several times to request that the charge be reversed, but the refund was never issued. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to resolve the matter. There are many other Subaru dealers in the area who do not use these pricing tactics, and I would encourage considering those options. More

we recently had an excellent experience at Circle Subaru, which we wanted to comment on. My daughter had tried out several preowned models and finally picked out a certified Crosstrek, working with Steve which we wanted to comment on. My daughter had tried out several preowned models and finally picked out a certified Crosstrek, working with Steve Schwartz. My wife and I were also trying to help with this process. Steve was knowledgeable, personable, extremely professional, and most importantly highly supportive of our daughter, who was having a tough time (but luckily is doing much better now). Steve displayed the utmost patience and did his best to put us all at ease. We truly admired his low-pressure and relaxed style and are definitely planning to return to Steve for our next vehicle. He is a warm and remarkable person who is a credit to the operation at Circle. (we hope his mother reads this.) We would recommend him 110% and only hope that he is able to train the incoming generation of sales specialists to take after him. Thank you Steve!! More
