Horrible dealership and will never go back. Recently went here with my Girlfriend to look at new cars and see what type of deals they had. After discussing the situation regarding a trade-in our sales person here with my Girlfriend to look at new cars and see what type of deals they had. After discussing the situation regarding a trade-in our sales person Jason Anderson suggested the Chevrolet Malibu which she test drove and fell in love with the car. He ran her credit and came back to us and seemed very positive about everything going through. He told her to go look at the car again while we waited and he stopped her and shook her hand and said "Congratulations". We were both surprised because we didnt realize everything was finalized yet because they havent even seen the trade in yet. I asked him if it was a done deal and he said yes, but it is just a matter of getting the right analyst at the bank and his manager will need to call in a favor. This is all because of what was still owed on the trade. We gave them $300 to hold the car and that was it. He said it will take some time and to come back the next day by 2pm. He said he would have it all waxed up and ready to go for her and he told some guys that worked there how they will need to bring the car outside because this was on the showroom floor. He called at 1pm the next day stating they needed more time and it may be possible that day still but he would let her know. Well he never called. We spent days trying to reach him and him never returning our calls. I was able to reach him once and again he said everything should be fine, but its a matter of waiting still. He finally called her saying he needed her paystubs to which we faxed over so he had them first thing the following Monday morning. He called back stating he didnt get one of the pages which we told him what was sent and he said ok, and he will call us back if there is trouble. Still nothing. An entire week goes by and he just avoids all messages left for him. We just went back and didnt even talk to him and got the money back and went elsewhere. I will be writing a letter to the manager here along with Chevrolet. More

We are very happy with our new Hyundai Santa Fe!!! It has everything on it and met our needs perfectly. The car is gorgeous and it was a great buying experience. The dealership surprised us with 2 coupons even after we created our deal. Circle Hyundai is a really special dealership. Ed Martins was our salesman on Memorial Day weekend 2012. He was a pleasure to work with. We didn't realize that it would take a bit to wrap it all up and we appreciate that he patiently waited looonggg past closing to finish up with us! He is very professional and accommodating and has a great attitude which is what will drive him to success in any field. Circle Hyundai is luck to have him at their dealership. More

Before talking about our present experience, some background is needed We leased a Hyundai Santa Fe for 39 months with Circle and got off this lease in December of 2011. Truly, the experience with the Santa Fe at Circle 4 years ago was the closest thing to being treated like family a business can get-superior service, no pressure, honesty, friendliness-bottom line, everything was superior from the moment you walked in the door until you left the building with the vehicle. Their motto-"we take one customer at a time" is so true. Customers are treated with respect here and they make the experience enjoyable. Our next vehicle after the expiration of the lease with Circle in December of 2011 was the purchase of a Nissan Rogue at another dealership. So, in effect we left the Circle "family" from December of 2011 until present day. The only reason we left last December was because of a compromise with my wife. I wanted to stay with the "family" and purchase a Tucson at Circle but my wife wanted to purchase a Nissan Rogue. Sometimes compromise in a marriage hurts-lol, lol. In any event, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were in need of another vehicle. From the moment I walked in the door, the whole sales experience was exactly as I remembered it as discussed above with our previous experience about 4 years ago. Jason Anderson, our salesperson was outstanding throughout the entire process and truly did everything he could to maximize customer satisfaction-he was 100% successful. Scott in the business office was also top shelf in his dealings with my wife Mary and myself. In closing, what was as impressive to me was one of the co-owners, Paul DeFelice. Talk about a hands-on owner, having a warm personality and truly caring about satisfying the customer. It seemed like Paul was all over the facility, making sure that the Circle way of doing business was being carried out in the correct manner and that bottom line, customers were being satisfied. Boils down to this-my wife and I had the same wonderful experience at Circle these past few days that we had 4 years ago here-really, what more can you ask for? We are glad to be back with the Circle "family". Paul and the gang-thanks again! More

I have been coming to Circle Hyundai since I moved to this area in March 2011 to have my 2009 Hyundai Accent serviced. I always felt welcomed and respected as a consumer. With my economic situation due to the death of my husband, both Paul and Ed were able to work out a deal with Hyundai finance so that I can purchase a new vehicle at a reasonable cost...something that I had been trying to do for over a year. I went into the service department because my car was overheating. I told the gentleman handling my issue that I checked the computer, and the error codes pointed to the ECT sensor, but that I know very overheating. I told the gentleman handling my issue that I checked the computer, and the error codes pointed to the ECT sensor, but that I know very little about cars and could be completely wrong, so they may want to investigate themselves. After 3 hours of waiting and watching them perform the maintenance on the car through the waiting room window, i saw it took them all of 15 minutes of interaction with the car before they called it fixed. Somehow, this came to $176 dollars in labor costs - not sure how that works out, but i figured "at least it is fixed" and bit the bullet. Anyway, I got in my car and began to drive home, and about 2 miles into my ride home, the car overheated again. When I asked if they checked their work, they said they assumed it didn't need checking. After talking to them I got the impression that they were saying it was my fault because he misunderstood what I said when I came in. They said they would look into the issue. It turns out that after looking at it for about 3 minutes, they were able to tell that the issue was with the radiator hoses and thermostat. The sensor did need replacing apparently, but it was only part of the issue - had they just glanced at it, they would have seen it. They apologized, tongue in cheek, still implying that it was my fault and said they would give me a discounted price for the rest of the work to be done - this is nice, but too little too late. Since I bought this car, I have found it to be nothing but one disappointment after another. Now, not only have I lost faith in the product, but in the service as well. Additionally, "America's Best Warranty" is garbage. The warranty covers nothing more than any other company would offer 10 years/100,000 miles on Engine and Trans only - which are almost certain to NOT have any issues within that timeframe. The marketing of this warranty as anything special is a sham. More

My overall experience at Circle Hyundai was great. I love my new 2013 black Hyundai Sonata SE. My salesman Ed Martins was a great salesman. He was very nice and informative. He wanted to help me find the car that suited me. He was straight forward and gave me time to decide on which car I wanted. I didn't feel pressured to make a desicion. Most car salesman call you a million times, Ed Martins gave me one courtesy call to see if I was still interested. I have to say that I enjoyed my sales experience and was not stressed out over buying my first car. I would highly recommend Circle Hyundai and Ed Martins. More
