We bought a car from Craig cook in December. It was the best experience we ever had buying a car. It was nice relaxing and no pressure. Not once did I ever feel any pressure to buy a car. Craig cook is knowledgable, he is friendly, and makes your car buying experience very very enjoyable. Would reccomend Craig and Circle to everyone one of my friends! In my 50 years of being alive I have never enjoyed buying a car until I had met Craig Cook and Circle Hyundai. They truly are the cream of the crop. More
My wife and I visited a couple of Hyundai dealerships and decided to make our purchase at Circle for several reasons, one of which was the level of customer service we received. We were fluctuating back and decided to make our purchase at Circle for several reasons, one of which was the level of customer service we received. We were fluctuating back and forth over the vehicle that we were going to purchase (Elantra then vs. Tucson) and the Circle team remained patient, helpful, and always professional throughout our decision making process. I was shopping for a fully loaded Hyundai Elantra 4 door Limited PZEZ for my youngest daughter. I had done a lot of research on the Hyundai and was very impressed by it's rating. About a month before I plan Limited PZEZ for my youngest daughter. I had done a lot of research on the Hyundai and was very impressed by it's rating. About a month before I planned to buy, I visited a dealer in my town just to make sure it was the exact car my daughter wanted. We didn't discuss price at that point as I was not ready to purchase. When I was finally ready to buy the car, I naturally went back to that dealership which was less than 5 minutes from my home. I made it clear that I did not want to finance the vehicle. Unfortunately, they did not have the color I wanted, but said they would try to get it from another dealer. Later that day, I got a call from the salesman who said he had found the car. He gave me what I thought was a great price over the phone. He wanted a $500.00 deposit to get the car from the other dealer. I was ready to give him the deposit over the phone, but then thought it better to go over and get something in writing. When I called to tell him I would come over with the deposit, he then decided to mention that that was the finance price. As I had said, I specifically told him when I was in the showroom earlier, I did NOT want to finance. Anyway, I went over, he readjusted the price for cash. I asked him where they found the car and he said he didn't know. Really?????!!! I found that odd, that and the idea of having to give $500.00 to get the car to his lot when he couldn't even give me the exact day it would arrive. I was told anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. The whole deal didn't sit well with me. I also was not satisfied with the price he quoted. He said because it was another dealer's vehicle, he could not give me the deal he could have if it was one of the cars off their lot. I did not take the deal. I did a search for the Elantra and found a dealership 20 minutes from my home that had the exact car I wanted on their lot. After going back and forth, the manager gave me the best price he could. It was $1601.00 over the first dealer. I told him of the offer. He asked me if I got the Vin # or saw the sticker which I did not. Great point! I obviously got caught up in getting this car for my daughter! Now I was even more skeptical of the first dealership. I told the salesman at the second dealership I would get back to him that evening, which I did and turned down the offer. It was not a bad offer, but I wanted to try one more dealership, one that also had the car in stock- on their lot. I found a few within 20-30 minutes of each other but over an hour from me. Before I drove over an hour, I wanted to get reviews on the dealerships, especially after the fiasco at the first one. None were members of the Better Business Bureau, but all had reviews on the site. First dealership I went to got a "D", second got an "A". Only one dealership got an "A+" and it happened to be one of the 3 I found online that had the exact car I wanted on their lot. They also got positive ratings from other sites I visited, including DealerRater.com. The highly rated dealership was CIRCLE HYUNDAI in Shrewsbury NJ. I called that night to make an appointment and went it the next morning. From the minute I drove up, I was impressed. The showroom was huge and beautiful, someplace you'd expect to see all luxury cars. There was even a cell phone charging dock! I was approached by CRAIG SHANNON when I walked in, but it was not like when some car-salesmen walk right up to you when you just get in the door. I told Craig I was told to ask for Blaise, who I assumed was a manager. I had gotten there early, so Blaise was not in yet. Craig introduced me to SAM FOWLER, a sales manager who greeted me warmly and had me work with Craig. I was glad I would be working with Craig. He pulled the car up so I could make sure it was the one I wanted, then we started the fun job of negotiating. I told him about the first dealership and the price they had given me on a car they DID have on their lot. The exterior was the right color, but the interior was not. It would have been my daughter's second choice. If at all possible I wanted her to have her first choice. That price, from the first dealership, also turned out to be bogus, just like the one they wanted a $500.00 deposit for just to bring the car to their lot. I think $100.00 would have been more reasonable. Anyway, back to CIRCLE HYUNDAI, Craig talked to Sam to get me the best price he could. Sam met the price I had gotten at the second dealer, but I'd still have to come back with my husband the next day, drive over an hour to pick up the car. The other dealer was only 20 minutes from me. To make an already long story a little less long, Sam came back with an offer I couldn't refuse. He met the 2nd dealership's "what if" price AND Craig and another CIRCLE HYUNDAI employee followed me to my house with the car so I would not have to come back the next day with my husband. TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It was a PLEASURE dealing with Craig and Sam. They are not pushy, easy to talk to and very ethical. I know I got a great deal and would definitely buy from CIRCLE HYUNDAI again! The best part of all is my daughter had no idea I bought the car, much less that the car would be waiting for her in the garage when she got home from school. She was absolutely thrilled! Thank you Craig for hand delivering the car and for making this purchase such a pleasure and thank you Sam for an awesome deal! I highly recommend CIRCLE HYUNDAI!!!! More

I told him what I was looking for and my budget and he helped to narrow down my selection with ease. I entered Circle Hyundai thinking this would be the first of many stops in my search for a new car but it turned out to be my first, and my last. I fell in love with the Elantra GT hatchback that Casey suggested for me. It takes a getting used to the keyless entry, hands free blue tooth connection, starting my car in the morning with my phone - it still is weird to me that I can afford a car with all these luxuries! I appreciate all the help from Casey - I love my new car and my commute doesn't seem so bad anymore! Thank you Casey!! More

Glenn took the time to fully explain all aspects of the vehicle and set-up many of the features, such as the blue-tooth system. Price was good. Selection of certified pre-owned vehicles was good.
