I originally went in to this dealership to look at a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra that I had saw online that I was interested in. But Craig introduced himself me, got me a glass of water, and then took the time to walk my wife and I around the dealership and show us the used and new inventory he had. He was easy to talk to and I felt like we connected on a personal level. No one likes a pushy salesman so his demeanor at that point was probably the only thing that kept me from walking off the lot. He ended up showing me a new 2013 elantra that was not exactly what I wanted as far as color and extras, but he worked to get me an awesome price I couldn't refuse AND he actually set up an appointment to have the fog lights I wanted (that weren't originally on the vehicle) to be installed on the car. I'm very happy with with my purchase and would recommend Craig and this dealership to my family and friends. - Steve T. More

TQ answered all of our questions and if he couldn't answer a question, Sam Fowler was there to help. I have never owned or leased a Hyundai before and wasn't sure I wanted to try something new. However, this dealership has a team of employees who work together to provide potential customers with statistics, ratings and personal anecdotes which made my husband and I feel quite comfortable about leasing this the Santa Fe. Even the finance department was down to earth and seemed genuine. Casey was efficient and honest and a pleasure to deal with. I have had the car 3 days now and already the dealership has followed up to ensure everything was okay. Circle Hyundai works as a team and really made me feel like family. My 9 year old son loved talking football so much with the salesmen he's asking to go back :)) I highly recommend Circle Hyundai to any prospective buyers. It was truly a painless - even happy experience!!! More

I had never been to Cirlcle Hyundai or even heard of it for that matter , until I searched it on the web. I emailed the sales manager about a car I wanted to purchase and was it in stock. He corresponded immediately and I informed him I was to come in and purchase. I entered Circle Hyundai and was met by Craig Shannon. He immediately treated me like family as I informed him what I wanted to purchase and trade. His attention to detail and obvious pride Mr. Shannon took in his work was very noticeable. My transaction was pleasureable and fair. I spoke with Casey Gelnaw at the end of my transaction. He discussed a variety of options available for my new vehicle. Mr. Gelnaw's demeanor was amicable and courteous as he explained all the documents required for purchase. Overall, I was extremely happy with the price I got on my new Hyundai and my trade-in. The above described employees could not have been more professional. My husband and I reluctantly headed out on a very hot summer day to look at cars. Past experiences have always included a hitch of one sort or another. Much to our surprise...this experience was not only painless it was nearly pleasant. Paul and Sam answered our questions...walked us through several option scenarios...offered us cold water and even offered to program the BlueTooth. Cars are a necessity in most of our lives and the expenses can really be a drain on our budget. Justin Friedland was a terrific salesperson. He was friendly and helpful. As previous Hyundai owners, we knew that we wanted to purchase an Elantra (we own a 2003 Elantra(Sansone route 1) and a 2009 S friendly and helpful. As previous Hyundai owners, we knew that we wanted to purchase an Elantra (we own a 2003 Elantra(Sansone route 1) and a 2009 Sonata-purchased at Circle). We wanted a black one with gray interior. All that we saw in the lot was a black with beige interior. Justin looked all through the inventory and found one with a gray interior that had just come from another dealer. He personally walked through the lot so that he could physically see that the interior was gray. It was! Once that was settled, we made the deal. Mike Cagnano, the Finance manager, came out and spoke to us about our offer. Without much hesitation, he went back to his office and saw that we were repeat customers, and had been bringing our car to that dealership for service. He accepted our offer. We are extremely happy with the purchase price, and the deal we got from Mike. We will definitely be bringing our cars back there for service, and when the time comes, will have no problem buying another Hyundai from Circle. More
