Jerry and Sam were very responsive to our needs. They were friendly and very nice to do business with. They worked very hard to reach a good price for the car we wanted. The atmosphere at the dealershi were friendly and very nice to do business with. They worked very hard to reach a good price for the car we wanted. The atmosphere at the dealership was relaxed and the showroom was neat and clean and comfortable. Jerry was super helpful explaining the various features of the car and during the test drive explained what I needed to make a decision about the car. My experiences with various salespeople has run the gamut form A to Z. Paul was knowledgeable and very gracious. He was very patient and worked with me in getting the right car and deal. I'm happy to say that Paul was definitely an A+...I also had a pleasant time with his manager, Vince Lorenzo. I took up a lot of Vince's time on a very busy day at Circle Hyundai. Vince treated me as if I was the only customer in the place. In most of my dealings with car purchases the manager was just a faceless person behind a desk in a small office. Not so in the case of Vince.He definitely was proactive He worked hand in hand with Paul to get me a GREAT deal! Top notch manager who knows how to relate to people and his fellow employees. I would not hesitate to recommend both of these men to my friends & family . If you're buying, or leasing, and are looking for a great deal...These are the guys for you. More

Robert Routolo, our salesman, was friendly, listened to our needs and concerns and took the time to make us feel comfortable with the vehicle we chose as well as worked with us on a monthly payment that fit our budget. Sam Fowler, Sales Manager, took the time to meet us and to help secure our monthly payment. Roger Maksimow, Finance Manager, explained all of the paperwork and answered the questions we had. It was great to work with everyone at Circle Hyundai and we most definitely will recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

He explained the options and the differences between the Tucson and Santa Fe and compared it to my old Rav4 v6. Santa Fe is more substantial and powerful also loaded with more luxury items than the Toyota. Justin was very detailed in explaining the financing and options. I started the day going to Brad Benson's Hyundai dealership. I had a 9:30 appointment and wasn't seen until 11:00. They were promising $7500 off all of their cars but the neglected to mention that dealership. I had a 9:30 appointment and wasn't seen until 11:00. They were promising $7500 off all of their cars but the neglected to mention that they added a appearance package that was $4000. That package consisted of door guards and pinstripes and you even had to pay it on the cars that did not have the pinstripes yet. To make matters worse the pinstripes did not look good and looked cheap like they were thin tape that would wear off in a week, but we were there so long that we figured we would hear them out, after telling them I was trading in a car they came down to a price that was about $800 less then the MSRP. They also promised a $1500 AMEX gift card to help the cost and still came to a price we could have gotten anywhere without even trying. They held my keys and tried to sell me a used car also overpriced. Finally we were able to leave around 1:30 frustrated and a friend of mine suggested circle. I was sure that I would not be getting a new car but thought I would give it a shot. I was so mad when I walked in, but within 15 minutes of being there everything changed. I would like to say that a certain person made my day with exceptional service, but to only give credit to one person would not be enough. I was recommended to deal with Kevin Gleason, but he had a few people waiting so we looked around and the sales manager Sam helped. He then passed us over to Tyquan. Tyquan was personable and could not have been nicer and Sam checked back with us often and even Robert one of the owners checked on us. His first offer was still a little high, but was way less then what Brad Benson had said. We said its in the ballpark, but still a little high. We countered and he said he would see what he could do. He came back a few minutes later and said done deal. We were still waiting for the other shoe to drop because of our bad experience at Brad Bensons, but it never did. They made buying a car a fun great experience and wish I knew people who needed a car to send them to Circle. While the car was being cleaned Tyquan came back and asked if I wanted pinstriped while he put on the door guards the same thing being charged $4000 at the other dealership. I almost laughed in his face because I was shocked it was all part what I had already paid for. The pinstripes looked nice at Circle but I opted not to have them. All in all a day that started awful got me a new car and a renewed faith that not all car dealerships are the same. Every single person we met with was wonderful and Kevin came over to check to make sure his co-workers were taking good care of me. More

I had been shopping for a used car for a while, and I found Tyquan to be straight forward, direct, and friendly. Tyquan worked with Vincent to gently persuade me to purchase the Nissan. Price was very important to me and we were able to negotiate a fair price, and I drove away very happy in my "new" car. I can say after many unhappy experiences with salesmen, I found Tyquan refreshing. I wish him a long career at the dealership. More
