Deanna exhibited professionalism all the while maintaining an empathetic and patient attitude. These qualities seem to be few and far between in today's tough economic times and are invaluable in any sales associate. Not only did Deanna express true interest in her client, she also helped me to think outside of the box when it came to my choice of vehicles. Deanna assited me in considering cehicles I never had entertained before sitting down at her desk. This is a quality that is exceptional, in my opinion, when it comes to selling Anything. One of the most appreciated attributes of Deanna was her willingness to Listen to her customer. This was evident in our second conversation when she had retained not only everything that had been discussed the day before, but had more to offer as per our discussion. Deanna Riley's enthusiasm was infectuous when it came to BMW's product - an exeptional automobile. From the moment I came onto the lot, she expressed an excitment and concentrated totally on me, her customer, and the future venicle I would be driving. Her creative ideas about financing were very helpful and aissisted me greatly in making my final choice. In concluding, Deanna Riley is an asset to any sales force and I congratulate Circle BMW for having found this dynamic woman and made her part of the Cirlce Team. Before going to Circle BMW, I had been to see Paul Miller, Park Ave., Open Road, etc. and all said they had a CPO car for me "like new". Went through the trouble of putting down deposits, taking thei Miller, Park Ave., Open Road, etc. and all said they had a CPO car for me "like new". Went through the trouble of putting down deposits, taking their word that the car was not full of dents, excessive scratches, dings and bad touch up jobs. After stressing that I did not want to travel and drag my husband and two young kids hours away only to find a car that is not in the condition described, each one of those dealer's salespeople assured me that the car was in excellent condition. Upon arrival, each car had some issue, whether it be excessive dings on the hood and bumper (as if the car was in a pebble storm), a sub-par touchup job the size of a softball on the bumper, several dents and dings in the car door, or the smell of smoke in the cabin. After being put through the ringer with these four different vehicles/dealerships, I decided to try one last time with Circle BMW. I was lucky enough to deal with Deanna Riley. She did a thorough inspection of the car and told me the truth about its condition. I was skeptical but decided to check it out once again. The car was just as she had described. It had a few small issues here or there (which I was expecting for a used car), but overall was perfect for what I was looking for. Deanna went out of her way to make sure the car was detailed meticulously before pick-up including buffing out some minor scratches that are no longer detectable. She was respectful, couretous and a pleasure to deal with. And, most important to me, she proved herself to be trustworthy. I whole-heartedly recommend Circle BMW and Deanna Riley. More

From the begining there was no pressure from her and we duiscussed other cars that I might be interested in but once I made up my mind she did not try to push other "deals". She was a breath of fresh air as she was up front with me and I could tell totally honest with me as well. You do not know what that means when you sit in a dealership and experience someone who is straight forward with you.... Her support crew was great also... I was so comfortable with her and Circle BMW that I purchased the extended maintenace plan as well. I even went so far as to grab several of her cards to recommend her to friends in the future. I look forwarded to continuing my relationship with Circle because of her. More

It was a CPO car, and came with a warranty, attractive financing, and had virtually all of the equipment I was looking for in a pre-owned BMW. I had a bunch of questions, and made contact with the dealership via their web site. Deanna contacted me back multiple times to answer my multiple questions. The was very knowledgeable, and anything she didn't know she found out for me. She made the process of buying very easy, especially considering I was 90 miles away! We came to an agreement on price, plus the price of my trade, all via email. When I went to get the car we completed the transactions without a hitch, despite my family and 3 children needing to come with me. Overall, a great experience, which I'd recommend to anyone. More

He is polite, courteous and always there to answer all of my questions. Simply based upon the way Robert handles my service appointments; I have become a customer for life at Circle BMW. He is a true asset to Circle BMW organization and the service he provides is unsurpassed compared to other dealers. When you work with this group, they are absolutely motivated to solve any service issue and make your experience a positive on Service and Sales. When there is a problem such as a strange noise, they will have a guy ride in the trunk if that's what it takes to find it! I currently service 2 vehicles with Circle and have for several years. They also get high marks by hustling to ensure you get in and out with a loaner or providing a ride to work. It's that and simply delivering solid vehicle service on a consitent basis.
