After looking for a convertible back in March we had worked with Eric Krentzman visiting Circle BMW to test drive a 650ci. Unfortunately the car was not a Certified Pre-Owned which is what we were look worked with Eric Krentzman visiting Circle BMW to test drive a 650ci. Unfortunately the car was not a Certified Pre-Owned which is what we were looking for. We told Eric we would be interested in one if another came in. 6 months later Eric followed up with a phone call informing us that another 650ci had arrived and was Certified Pre-Owned. Based on his diligence we are the new owners of a fantastic new car and are looking possibly at another vehicle as well. Eric was prepared, conscientious and very respectful of our time. We highly recommend Circle BMW for any new or pre-owned vehicle. We have two BMW's today and added the third with the 650ci. Hopefully in the near future we will have our fourth through Circle BMW. More
My car buying experience at Circle was second to none. If I could rate Deanna as a sales person it would be a 10! There is not one bad thing I could say about Circle BMW or Deanna. I leased a 2009 335i Coupe, with Sport and Premium packages, and Steptronic, in Black Sapphire Metallic over Saddle Brown/Black leather. I had a specific configuration and equipment list I wanted, and Deanna Riley spent a great deal of time with me searching for the equipment/color combination that was best for me. This was difficult, as while there were a large number of X-drive cars available, the Non-X coupes were few and far between. We ended up getting the car from a dealer in Long Island. Further, being a trained accountant in the Financial Services industry, I have my own "lease calculator" and always confirm all numbers prior to committing to a deal. Needless to say, some dealers are more comfortable with this approach than others. Deanna was very comfortable doing this, and said in fact she does it regularly with customers. In addition, she gave me a very good price on the car, and helped me get an excellent trade in value for my old car. In short, this car leasing experience was about as positive as it could be, thanks to Deanna, who took all the potential "pain" out of the process. The only way it could have been better is if I could have gotten the car for free! More
Let me start by saying I was looking for a specific model, year and color . I contacted Circle BMW via the internet and Deanna Riley assisted me. She was extremely helpful, patient and diligent. I was looking for a used 650 i convertible with low mileage and preferably a 2006 mainly because of the financing rate 2.9%. One became available and I was contacted before it even came into the dealership. Because of her quick response and diligence I was able to come in and put a hold on the car before it arrived. I know it would have been sold before the day ended because of the model, year and mileage. This 650i had only 13,100 miles, mint condition and it was black, the only color I was interested in. Once the car came in she did her best to make the deal solidify. Also, Joe the General Manager was instrumental in making it possible that I left with my "dream car". Every detail was addressed to way beyond my satisfaction. Needless to say I am extremely pleased with Circle BMW and my new certified 650 i convertible. Thank you. More

This was the sixth vehicle that I leased from Circle BMW with Jackie as my sales person. Jackie has always been friendly, helpful and professional. I never feel as though I need to haggle over the price of the vehicle; being a return client the right price is always presented without all the show. These qualities seem to be few and far between in today's tough economic times and are invaluable in any sales associate. Not only did Deanna express true interest in her client, she also helped me to think outside of the box when it came to my choice of vehicles. Deanna assited me in considering cehicles I never had entertained before sitting down at her desk. This is a quality that is exceptional, in my opinion, when it comes to selling Anything. One of the most appreciated attributes of Deanna was her willingness to Listen to her customer. This was evident in our second conversation when she had retained not only everything that had been discussed the day before, but had more to offer as per our discussion. Deanna Riley's enthusiasm was infectuous when it came to BMW's product - an exeptional automobile. Before going to Circle BMW, I had been to see Paul Miller, Park Ave., Open Road, etc. and all said they had a CPO car for me "like new". Went through the trouble of putting down deposits, taking thei Miller, Park Ave., Open Road, etc. and all said they had a CPO car for me "like new". Went through the trouble of putting down deposits, taking their word that the car was not full of dents, excessive scratches, dings and bad touch up jobs. After stressing that I did not want to travel and drag my husband and two young kids hours away only to find a car that is not in the condition described, each one of those dealer's salespeople assured me that the car was in excellent condition. Upon arrival, each car had some issue, whether it be excessive dings on the hood and bumper (as if the car was in a pebble storm), a sub-par touchup job the size of a softball on the bumper, several dents and dings in the car door, or the smell of smoke in the cabin. After being put through the ringer with these four different vehicles/dealerships, I decided to try one last time with Circle BMW. I was lucky enough to deal with Deanna Riley. She did a thorough inspection of the car and told me the truth about its condition. I was skeptical but decided to check it out once again. The car was just as she had described. It had a few small issues here or there (which I was expecting for a used car), but overall was perfect for what I was looking for. Deanna went out of her way to make sure the car was detailed meticulously before pick-up including buffing out some minor scratches that are no longer detectable. She was respectful, couretous and a pleasure to deal with. And, most important to me, she proved herself to be trustworthy. I whole-heartedly recommend Circle BMW and Deanna Riley. More
