After my initial review, the manager of Circle BMW's service facility reached out to me personally to address my concerns. They acknowledged the lapses in my prior experience and offered a guarantee to repair my AC system at a substantially discounted price. This level of accountability and willingness to make amends was truly impressive. I want to commend Circle BMW for their exceptional customer service recovery. The manager's proactive approach in resolving the issue has not only restored my faith in their commitment to customer satisfaction but has also given me a renewed sense of confidence in their ability to deliver quality service. Justin was by far the best car sales man I ever met. I know many sales people and he by far exceeded my expectations. He is great with communication, very honest and helpful When I had my car made he I know many sales people and he by far exceeded my expectations. Even after selling the car he is still making sure I get everything that I want done such as coating my tires and tints. He is not like other sales people just trying to make a sale.
