Mr Cavalieri had been so patient with my indecisiveness and was always very prompt with replies in emails . We went thru like 5 or 6 cars until i finally got one, i can't thank him enough. Then the walk to Mr Fung's office , once again he spent much time explaining all the choices to me that helped me make what i thought was the right choice for me. Mr Valentine had been always there at the end of the visit to explain everything old and new in the car, a real BMW Genius . I still learn a few new things each time . Thank you again Circle BMW . A couple of hours later Tom called me back and told me they found the issues and will address them asap. A couple of days after Tom called me again and said my car was ready for pick. They addressed all my issues and my car felt brand new, Tom kept me up to date with everything.
