And Pipe was helpful too - got my parking sticker off the windshield of my trade in (in one piece!) Everyone was so attentive & pleasant to deal with. We are loyal BMW customers but this is the first time we have been at Circle. There is a dealership closer to my home - where We’ve done business for years ....and they treated us like they just didn’t care whether we remained customers or not....maybe because they are not family owned anymore. Anyway Circle deserved & got our business. More

Robert Cavalieri has really made this experience pleasant- AGAIN “ In 2016 I dealt with Robert in which he provided excellent service.... and he did it once again this year” Robert, takes the time to listen to what you want.. and delivers every time. The staff... Hon in finance was great , he took the time to explain any questions that I needed answered.. and Brian Valentine .. one of the most important associates that I need at the end of the purchase... the technical Guy” I have to commend Circle for providing knowledgeable associates like Brian Valentine- Brian has the technical ability to review all the new features in the car ( and the patience of a saint) I am sure there are many customers like myself that need his training to feel comfortable enough to leave the parking lot” Remember........
