When you tell the service writer at least 5 times not to do an oil change because you just did one and to just do recall and rotate tires. When he told me they did one anyway I was pissed. He said the mec do an oil change because you just did one and to just do recall and rotate tires. When he told me they did one anyway I was pissed. He said the mechanic must not have got the message. The mechanics only do what the repair order says. So then it's the writers fault because RO says to do an oil change. I hope he made his couple dollar commission because I'm done with the dealership. He has a smirk on his face when he told me oil change was done under 2 yr maintenance included with the purchase and it didn't cost anything anyway. That's not the point , you did something I specifically told you not to at least 5 times before you did the RO. More
