To start off, we went in for an 11:00 appointment on a Monday, but we still had to wait 2-2.5 hours. Then, they never paid off the loan for my trade-in like the paperwork states, so I still owe money and Monday, but we still had to wait 2-2.5 hours. Then, they never paid off the loan for my trade-in like the paperwork states, so I still owe money and this months payment for a vehicle I no longer have. I was told there was nobody to speak with regarding this issue even though the dealership is open until 7pm. I absolutely do not recommend this place to purchase a vehicle. One week later, and I am still waiting on my check in the mail that I was told I would be getting since I had to make an almost $600 payment for a vehicle that I didn’t have. Nobody is answering their phones or returning emails regarding this either. More
