I was treated so well it felt like I was at a spa. Everybody, from the moment I got to the service department, treated me with respect. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable. Purchase was fine except the sales person lied and told me they do pick up service at my house for their 2 year included free service. Everything with them has been a hassle since I drove off the lot. Took me they do pick up service at my house for their 2 year included free service. Everything with them has been a hassle since I drove off the lot. Took more than a month to get my plates for NJ. Told me they were in the mail when they weren’t. I was transferred to 3 different people and put on hold for long periods on multiple calls to finally get them mailed. Now I’m making my first service appointment. No one called me when I did my on line request. They apparently close at 4:30 on Saturdays but instead of telling you that they keep you on hold for a few minutes and then you leave a message they won’t return. Then when I finally got someone and scheduled an appointment she told me she would call me back about the pick up service and never did. And I’ve now spent another half hour trying to get them on the phone. More
Perhaps good for buying a car, however. .. Scheduled service for a bad hub bearing. Received a reminder call about the appointment. Brought car in an hour early for the appointment. Didn' .. Called to check on status at the end of the day. Nothing had been done, except that they did confirm we need a new hub bearing. Well, that was the point of making the appointment and bringing the car in! Hit & a miss for Ciocca Subaru. We won't be going back. The shuttle driver this morning was terrific, a very delightful person. He's the only thing I could recommend about Ciocca Subaru. Will take our car to Kennedy Subaru where we've ALWAYS had good experience. More
