From making the appt to driving away, this was hands down the BEST dealership experience! First I called to see if i could get appt to get my car inspected and they gave me one for later that day! When i got in, i was greeted immediately by nicole mcgill, who ushered me thru the process and kept in touch while i was waiting. Speaking of waiting, the waiting room is very comfortable and the team makes every effort to keep their customers needs met while waiting—tv, comfy chairs, coffee with lots of options, snacks and lots of windows. Employees walk around smiling. The wait wasnt very long and my car was inspected quickly and efficiently. Nicole was especially helpful in getting my insurance info thru text since i wasnt able to email it. she then went above and beyond and printed it out so i could have a copy in my car!! really great experience! When my lease is up, THIS is the place where I will go for my next car!! More
