They do not know when certain maintenance items were done to my vehicle because they changed ownership, and even though I asked them to put a note on my account, they continually recommend me to replace part to my vehicle because they changed ownership, and even though I asked them to put a note on my account, they continually recommend me to replace parts that are not due yet. I have been coming here for years and had all work done here. When I told them again that this should have been noted on my account, because it can be confusing to be told you need to do something that has already been done, the service rep just repeated the same thing. The new ownership clearly do not care about you or your car and the service team do not appear to know much about cars and seem to just be sales people. Costs for oil changes, maintenance and repairs have also gone up and are extremely high now. More
