We visited several dealers that day and out of all of them, Bob was the nicest and most informative saleseperson we met. All thru the purchase process he or the sales manager Rick kept me informed of the status of where my new Forester was. My experience with Flemington Subaru was overall very positive. I went there three times before ultimately buying my used car, and every time I was given personalized attention and service. My only complaint was that the staff was usually busy, so I did have to wait ~5 minutes a few times, but when I was talking to a representative I never felt rushed or pressured.
