When going to actually pick up the new car, we were hit with a heavy sales pitch for all kinds of extended warranties, maintenance plans, etc. I would have preferred to have gotten these offers and information ahead of time to allow for an opportunity to review and research as opposed to having them all pushed at the last minute. Dan was so friendly and knowledgable about the Subaru Forester, even showing me a recent video on his iphone of how easily it was with the all-wheel drive feature to move their cars through snow when clearing their parking lot. He provided excellent customer service. Both nights he stayed after hours to assist us with the sale and delivery of our new car. His patience and hospitality made us feel so welcome and special. My husband and I were so pleased with the overall experience of buying our first Subaru. Our insurance company had some trouble with the VIN because the car was just delivered off of a boat but Alex was able to work with them directly to get the details ironed out so we could pick the car up asap.
