Each of the individuals with whom I had contact were courteous, knowledgeable of their product, and put forth extra effort to assure that I would be satisfied with the vehicle I desired to purchase, the Outback. From the moment I entered the showroom, Mr. Hungerford treated me in a respectful and friendly manner. I felt no gender bias. My husband had encouraged me to scout new cars on my own. When I had pretty much made my decision, he would come to support me at the dealership. I had to wait two months to get my car because of zero inventory on their lot, but it was worth the wait. I am so glad I purchased the technology package. However, I warned Mr. Hungerford that I would be back with lots of questions. So far, I have been back twice, and each time he has patiently answered all my questions. More
