Aaron was not only detailed and knowledgeable about the vehicles, he got to know me as a first time buyer and a human being. For example, I wanted specifics like fuel efficiency, performance and quality. He escorted us around the lot giving me great information about each vehicle that he felt served my needs as well as answering every question I asked without hesitation. Coming from a man with over 10 years of customer service experience, Aaron was everything I wanted in salesperson and beyond in the best way. Larry and the service department also were great in allowing us to take early delivery of our new Rouge when we unexpectedly decided that we wanted to make the deal that day instead of another day that was already pre-scheduled. And the management team should also be credited for offer a more than fair deal for our trade in vehicle. Experience with Ron Smith We stopped in to Apple Nissan on Friday night not realizing it was closing time. If we were told he couldn't stay we probably would not of returned or purhcased a car from Apple Nissan, so Ron's committment to staying saved a sale. We first looked at new cars and went home Friday evening planning on returning Saturday to purchase a new car. Saturday we re-evaluated our situation and decided to go with a used car. When we returned to Apple Nissan we told Ron we needed to start over and look at used cars. He did not push us to stay with new car. He helped us to decide what car would suit our needs the best and didn't push us to a higher dollar car just for the sale. He answered our questions and together we determined what car and what financing would be best. We pick up our vehicle tonight and are very excited. Ron made the process very easy.
