Made Things Right The web site advertises the tires I bought for $195.50 installed, buy 3 get one free. The credit for the free tire is up to $150. They charged me 199. The web site advertises the tires I bought for $195.50 installed, buy 3 get one free. The credit for the free tire is up to $150. They charged me 199.99 for installation and 3 tires at $207.32 for a total of $821.95, not including disposal or tax. Should have been $633.80, which would be $195.50 times 4 minus the $150. I called and they said the extra was for installation. I guess "installed" doesn't mean installation included. Updated March 3rd, 2016 I'd like to update my review to say that the service manager got in contact with me after hearing my complaint and made things right. Apparently there was a mistake with pricing on the website and he sent me a refund for the difference. Great recovery on their part and I look forward to continuing my business with them. That's what you call good customer service. More

Ron Is Amazing!! We walked in with doubt of getting any vehicle there but wanted to give it a try. Ron was able to get us in a 04 GMC Yukon Denali! Our credit is terrible so to be able to leave in that was amazing! Rons determination was just outstanding! We love our truck!! We ended up, on our own, choosing an upgraded version of a Frontier than we originally came in to buy. Ron explained the differences between each one and took the extra time to work up the numbers for both cars. Ron Smith is GREAT!!!! As some one with not the best credit Ron worked with me just as if I was some one with A1 credit. He made me feel as if what was important to me, was As some one with not the best credit Ron worked with me just as if I was some one with A1 credit. He made me feel as if what was important to me, was also important to him. He didn't sugar coat anything and cut right to the chase on all aspects of the deal.
