Friendly service I had stepped on to Apple Nissans car lot to check out a few Muranos, close to closing time. I was currently uneasy with my very recent purchase of a I had stepped on to Apple Nissans car lot to check out a few Muranos, close to closing time. I was currently uneasy with my very recent purchase of a new but used vehicle just a few months prior. Completely unprepared, I was approached and greeted by Ernest. From that moment, I felt comfortable. I made an appointment for the next day to test drive a new Murano. When I arrived to my appt, again I was greeted with Ernests friendly smile! He showed me the basics of the vehicle, and took me on a great ride, explaining the vehicles features as I drove. Once I have decided that this vehicle was the one for me, I explained all of the features and the price I would want in my very own Murano. Apple Nissan did not have one on the lot to fit my needs, however, after a little bit of conversation, they had found one at a different dealer. With in a few days they had the requested Murano on the lot and ready for me to approve. After Earnest took the time to make sure I was 110% satisfied, we did a little paper work, Jon was very nice as well. Took the time to also answer any confusing number questions. Before they sent me off, Ernest again help me set everything up in the vehicle to my needs. Things such as, the key settings, mirrors, Radio stations, and the Nissan apps. I am loving my new car, and know that if I were to have any further questions regarding the vehicle or my purchase, that Jon and Ernest are available to assist me. I would recommend Apple Nissan to any one interested in a Nissan. More
