AWESOMESAUCE!!! I initially took my son to apple to get him a basic car to travel to and from work. I sent him in first. He was immediately greeted at the front door by Ron. As I watched from my truck, I thought just like NY where we are originally from. We get bombarded with offers and then nothing but another hit on your credit report. THANK RON I WAS WRONG!!! Ron and his finance manager went above and beyond. My son was given a new car and I was so impressed, I also walked out with a new car. Now my credit score is not anything to holler about, but Ron made it feel like I should jump through the roof!! I was approved with BAD credit!! I am extremely happy with the service at Apple. My husband is next in line and I already instructed my folks to only go to APPLE. Definitely see RON! A proud customer forever! More
All was good, or so I thought....(UPDATED 6/7/16) 6/7/16 Yesterday, i received a call from the dealership after i left my review. They are in the process of helping me determine what exactly is wrong with my vehicle and hopefully help me resolve the issue. I appreciate their willingness to address the issue which shows great effort on their part. I will update when have come to a final resolution. 6/5/16 After months of searching for a replacement vehicle, I finally found what I thought was a good deal. Went by the dealership and had an excellent experience with James. The vehicle that i purchased had been reduced because it was less than perfect. I was told that it had been fully checked out and the only problems were 2 things that were listed on form. At the time I was nine months pregnant and from I could tell the transaction went very well. The vehicle was parked in my garage for about a month in a half because I delivered and my husband did the of the driving is his car. When I finally did began to drive it, I noticed a burnt type of smell but attributed it to being parked for a while. A few days later the low oil pressure alert came on. My husband checked it and found that it was low on oil. There were no leaks visible so he filled it back up. I began to notice engine almost like knocking and then a week or so later the oil alert returned. (i only drive it about twice a week.) Took it into the dealer to see what was going on. They informed that they found the engine 3 quarts low on oil! After further inspection, they informed me that I would probably need an engine....at the tune of about $7000 and that if the dealership thoroughly inspected like they said, the problem was obvious, hence the reduced price. I have left several messages for the dealerships general manager and whoever else this may concern. No one has returned any of my calls. I have had this vehicle less than 6 months and i am looking possibly replacing this vehicle or $7000 engine work. I was fully aware that it was discounted for the issues that were disclosed. I would seriously proceed with caution when it comes to trusting this dealership. I was told during the buying process that if I ever had an issue, just give them a call and they will try to make things right. Yet, i cant seem to get them to even return my calls .I am now riding around with a gallon of oil just to keep the engine fully functioning. This is not an ideal situation, especially with a newborn and a small child. More

First time Nissan buyer. Ernest Hughes was our salesperson. He did a great job of finding us the Rogue that we were looking for. Everyone we came into contact with during our buying experience was very friendly, and answered all the questions we had and even brought up some things we hadn't thought to ask. I would highly recommend Apple Nissan to anyone looking to buy a Nissan. This is our first Nissan and most likely won't be our last. More

I am a first time buyer and did not know anything about cars he took his time and worked with me very nicely and show me all the cars they have. I felt very happy. I really enjoyed his customer care attitude and he really know what he is doing for you. He is like a family to me now. Words can't explain how grateful I was when I came out of his office.
