We were throughly impressed that Andre and other sales representative remembered us from purchasing our last car from the same lot. When we pulled into the lot Ernest met us at the car. Introducing himself and letting us know he will be helping us and he will do everything he can to get us driving off the lot with a vehicle. Ernest went above and beyond to give us exceptional customer service. He would not let us leave until he exhausted all his options. I was a little down about my car being totaled and nervous that we wouldn't qualify for a new vehicle. From the time I expressed this to Ernest he said "we are staying positive, negativity is not allowed". It was a relief to have someone that barely knew me give me words of encouragement. We felt it wasn't just about buying a vehicle we left with a Chevy and multiple friendships. We left with a new family. I will NEVER go to any other dealership to buy a vehicle. When my children are ready to purchase they will being coming to Apple Nissan. I have never walked into a dealership and had a homey feel.
