Worst Experience Ever I started using this dealership with my 2010 Altima Coupe... fast forward a couple years and I decided to buy my first brand new car from them. I purc I started using this dealership with my 2010 Altima Coupe... fast forward a couple years and I decided to buy my first brand new car from them. I purchased a Juke Nismo RS. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. First, they quoted me verbally AND on a paper quote for this car at specific price. The salesman messed up, instead of honoring the mistakes, they bait and switched at the sales point. I was buying it outright (not leasing) and they provided a monthly cost assessment. While doing numbers, the guy at the desk, realized they messed up and had quoted me for a different model, then what was agreed and in writing. I told them, I want the price they quoted for 72 months or not at all. We specifically said we DO NOT want 75 months, with multiple witnesses present. Needless to say the guy said he was able to get it down to the originally quoted monthly cost. On to signing the paperwork ( mind you this took like 4+ hours) only to later find out, he switched it to 75 months to lower the cost instead of honoring THEIR mistake which was on paper, and bait and switched me. Sales portion done.... now for the service portion.... this vehicle is complete and utter garbage. Immediately it required a map update for the GPS navigation. I brought it to their attention within a week of having it. They told me, they don't deal with that, I would need to buy the maps myself online... on a brand new car. Then around a few weeks into ownership the steering wheel controls stopped working, I found a Service Bulletin for it, and they fixed it. Then the car started making a horrible whining noise about 3 months in. I recorded it, multiple times, all different temperatures, all different driving conditions, they told me multiple different stories each time I brought it in, including turbo whine ( really?) to possible CVT, to eventually, they don't hear anything. Of which still persists to this very day. It is so bad you can hear it still while driving, even over the Nismo tuned exhaust. Then some months into owning the vehicle... my factory tires were balding. I get it, they were sports tires, but 12k miles in, and the tires are balding and need replacement??? I purchased new ones with a package from Apple Nissan, which included alignment, 4 tires, free rotation for life, free flat repair, ect. I spent over $1000 on a less than a year old car, to buy 4 new tires. I have religiously had my service done at Apple Nissan, oil changes, followed their recommendations of things. A few months ago, I got a chain link, yes a chain link in my tire from commuting to MD. They were able to fix it, wonderful! I was grateful! Then I return for some general maintenance, as well as to correct a "womp" noise I was hearing since the chain link was removed. They told me the tires are feathering, and my alignment in the back is out. They recommend to replace the two back tires and pay for another alignment... seriously. Less than 14k miles on these tires, and a month or two prior, it was in for the tire repair. I was never told there was feathering, I was never told I need an alignment, or even offered to have my tires rotated ( which is free for the life of the car with my tire package). They told me they could alternate the tires to try and help with the feather. I am going to speak to Yokohama and see if they would like to value their customer and honor a service replacement NOT AT apple nissan. Mind you, my car now makes a HORRIBLE steering wheel shake when driving highway speeds and braking. The Manager Joe Galvin responded to my facebook review. Which he then ended up ignoring the text HE requested from me to meet and try to resolve some of the discontent that I, a former customer, was experiencing. I am officially done with Apple Nissan, after many years of going to them. I recommend you do the same. More

The best after the worse I had the best experience of my life at Apple Nissan. Over the past few days prior I had had horrible experiences with other dealership. The other Dealership messed up my paperwork so a car that I had been driving in for almost three weeks thinking that it was mine was taken from me without notice because of a mistake by the dealership. A friend of mine recommended that I go see Ernest at Apple Nissan. I was very sceptical because of the situation I had already have happen to me. I just wanted to be sure that the car was for sure mine. Being that my credit was bad I was just looking for a second chance that the other dealerships just weren't trying to give me. It only took about twenty mins to get me approved. And not only that it was in a car that I loved. They put me in the car that I wanted and after I told them what happened to me at the other dealership Ernest made sure I was in a model that was suitable for me. I had some issues because I was coming from out of state newly moved. Well that didn't make him panic at all he sat with me and even gave me people I could call until I had insurance in the state of pa he not once complain about how much time it took and through the whole thing he made sure I was comfortable and did his best to make sure my nerves were calm. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and considerate. They even apologized for what happened at the other dealership even though it wasn't their fault. I had the worst experience of my life being a single mother and having a dealership take a car from me after I paid my down payment and had the car and then Apple Nissan with the help of the salesman Ernest made sure I had the best experience of my life I never had a bigger smile and now I have the car I want at an extremely affordable price more affordable than the other dealership. I would recommend them to anyone More
