Picking a Friday, I stopped by some dealer shops of my initial preference around the area but I did not have a good experience with them. I made my final visit of the day at Coleman Kia, and wasn't really expecting anything. I didn't even have a model to look for since Kia was not an option to me at that point. I visited there only because my father recommended it. Then we met Scott. He was kind, passionate, knowledgeable, and professional. He asked me quick questions regarding my current need, purpose, and preference of the new car, then instantly suggested us a test drive for a new 2016 Optima EX. It was a fantastic experience. I had multiple test drives on that day but that was something that I got more than I expected. Knowing that I drove less than 30K miles over the 6 years, he suggested lease and we started discussion a bit. However, since I wasn't thinking about Kia in the beginning and leasing itself was something I never tried before so I wanted to take a night break although the monthly leasing fee Scott and his colleague suggested seemed very attractive. After an over-night family discussion, I decided to purchase the car instead of leasing it. In the following morning, I met with Scott again and started discussing purchasing price. He patiently helped us come up with the price we all agree on, going back and forth between us and the manager several times, and finally we settled down with a good deal. I really liked the attitude, kindliness, and professionalism Scott had throughout the two visits. I definitely recommend Scott for your next purchase or lease at Coleman Kia. More

A friend recommended that I go to Coleman and speak with Bruce Barcalow (she bought her last two Subaru's from him. When we spoke, on the phone, Bruce beat the dealership price by over $1,000 on the three year lease. We did everything over the phone. When I came to pick up my car, everything was as promised. Bruce spent 3 hours with my husband and me going over everything. I would highly recommend calling Bruce Barcalow, he's been doing this for 24 years, and he is a gem. More
