Brian was remarkably patient He asked if there were any special features I was looking for and I was. We first looked at the car with the push button opening and the push button starter, which was out of my price range. And so we continued on until we found the car which was closer to what I could afford. So after deciding to do a test drive, he adjusted the car seat, seat belt, steering wheel to suite my comfort needs taking into consideration my bad left shoulder. Then he explained each feature carefully had me try each one; opening and closing the windows, turning the lights on and off , windshield wipers and so forth. All this was done before we decided to do the first test drive. And believe me was I nervous. That went well and I decided to go for it. He worked extremely fairly and in good humor dealing both with me and with my daughter who was handling all the financing involved. So it was a happy ending today when we picked up the car, everything was done exactly as he had promised, with a full tank of gas, window washing fluids in place. Once again, he made sure I was totally comfortably seated; then he and my daughter went over the radio details, set the clock, told her how to work the Bluetooth and everything else. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian as the "go to" person at your Colman dealership. More

Cheryl from Internet Sales followed up several times, and kept me apprised of new arrivals and options I hadn't considered. Frank was instantly positive and very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we were interested in, while remaining low pressure and accommodating. Sales Manager Mike Colavito was upfront, direct and a pleasure to work with when we got to the pricing details. After the sale was completed, the wonderful team in parts and service had the car show-ready in a short period of time, and took care of ordering a few extras that really sweetened the deal. By the morning after the purchase (which happened to be a Sunday) I had received follow-ups from Mike Colavito, and a personal phone call from Frank checking on everything and walking me through the Kia Uvo app. Coleman Subaru Kia continues to be the mot accommodating, customer-focused dealer in Bucks and Mercer counties, and will be our go-to dealer for years to come. More

When I went into Coleman's Subaru and dealt with Pete Duma it was a nice experience. We test drove car and Pete knew the car and made me feel relaxed. He was professional, and not high pressure. When he said he would call you back on a certain day he would be true to his word. I didn't feel like I had to track him down loved it! We had purchased a used Subaru from him and even after we signed the papers we noticed an issue with hood of car. Pete did what he had to do to make it right even bringing the head sales manager into it on his own. Both didn't make me feel like a bother and both assured me that the issue would be resolved. I had confidence that Pete Duma and Coleman's Subaru stood behind their word and they did, that is why I would recommend them. More
