I have been insulted, lied to, embarrassed, and was shown no respect from your most important people that operate your business. I do not believe your top priority is customer service, but instead a shady business who’s only regret is I have written this review for other prospective buyers to be warned of how you do business. Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND QUESTIONABLE! Other dealers sell Honda vehicles and I’m sure a $50,000 deal would be very appreciated with them! I’m done with all Ciocca Dealerships!
