I’ve been looking for a second vehicle for sometime now, and now that prices are coming down. Most dealers are willing to at least negotiate some money. So I found a low mileage 2012, Nissan pro- 4X titan, and now that prices are coming down. Most dealers are willing to at least negotiate some money. So I found a low mileage 2012, Nissan pro- 4X titan, at this dealership. I put in a request I believe through kbb.com, and received a call from a sales lady, explaining to her that I lived out of state and asked her if they were negotiable on the price of the truck, she said absolutely we should have some room. So I had a virtual appointment set up for the next day to have a salesman do a FaceTime with me, and I wanted him to look underneath the car, specifically at the back and plates in the frame, because we all know what the rust belt does to vehicles, especially this one being 10 years old. I think his name was Brandon, or Braden, I’m not sure all I know is, he was ignorant, not professional, and not helpful at all. It seemed to me like he was more bothered by the fact that I was looking for a vehicle to buy, and then, when I asked him if the price is negotiable, he said the price is the price and that’s all there is and I said well I talked to somebody yesterday, and they said, otherwise, he said I don’t care what they said the price is the price. The thing that really ticks me off, as I wasn’t looking for multiple thousands of dollars off of this truck, although it should be, because not too many people are looking for a king cab truck, more people are looking for a full four doors. And the trade-in value of this truck is virtually half of what they’re asking. When I get treated in this way, I feel that I need to reach out and express my displeasure, because dealer principles, and sales managers, really don’t care about people. They care about the number . I had had some issues with a vehicle that I had bought from another dealer a few months back, and they went out of their way to make it right. And rightly so because right around the time I bought that car, a couple of months later, the value dropped on it . As it should, actually, because that’s what a normal car market is. If this dealer wants to call me up, and negotiate a fair price for this truck, I’m more than happily buy it off them if it meets my needs. Even though it may only have 64,000 miles on it, I don’t know too many people who would want to pay $22,000 for a 10 year old truck, that was actually around 35K new, with massive incentives at the time that it was sold originally. How would I know this? Because I was in the business back then . And I sold these trucks when they were new. You never know who you have on the other end of the phone, I can’t tell you how many times, working at a dealership I would see a guy come in, looking warm for the day, yes, they would have incredible credit scores, and usually a lot of money, to make a cash purchase. It’s the people that come in, wearing expensive clothes, with a 540 credit score, 4 repos and income, not capable of supporting the car that they’re looking for. Not unless you’re at a Maserati dealer, or another high-end car dealer. And even then, the people that came in looking like they bought their clothes at Goodwill, are usually more qualified than the aforementioned. You never judge a book by its cover. The way I see it, I’m helping a dealer to move a unit, that they probably over paid for from auction or trade-in. I mean how well do you think a vehicle that gets 12 miles to the gallon is going to do on a Honda lot that’s 10 years old ? Rant over, I guess I’m still looking. More

This was the first vehicle my husband and I purchased from Ciocca Honda of Williamsport. It was the best experience either of us have had buying a car because Tim Tyler was willing to “make it happen “. from Ciocca Honda of Williamsport. It was the best experience either of us have had buying a car because Tim Tyler was willing to “make it happen “. Tim was gracious, friendly and patient while demonstrating and explaining the options on our new car. Parker McDowell worked with us with finances and he too was exceptional to work with!! He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! My husband and I will be recommending Ciocca Honda of Williamsport to all of our friends and family! We will also tell them to ask to work with Tim and Parker. More
Took my 3013 CRV in for an air conditioning problem. Another shop tried to repair it but suggested that the dealership should do it. Took it in on 8/12 and they said it was the evaporator under the dash Another shop tried to repair it but suggested that the dealership should do it. Took it in on 8/12 and they said it was the evaporator under the dash. They repaired it and replaced the parts for $1589.92 (Gasp). Took it home and it quit again. They came and got it and said that I needed a compressor for another $1274.64. Interestingly, the previous garage had replaced the compressor but because it did not solve the problem, they put my original compressor back in and REFUNDED the $429 it cost to replace it. Both garages used aftermarket compressors but Ciocca charged $846 more for the service. The air still does not seem to be as cold as before the problem . More
Terrible experience … good “Bait and Switch” technique they tried to do to me when I was buying a 2022 Honda Pilot. Had me come down after work because they agreed on my new purchase with my trade. After they tried to do to me when I was buying a 2022 Honda Pilot. Had me come down after work because they agreed on my new purchase with my trade. After I got there, I was told I would have to take $2,000 less for my trade or pay an added fee they put on because of the hardship they are having because of the “Computer Chip” shortage! I had already given $500 down payment to get my car as soon as it arrived, but after I was lied to, I decided to tell them forget the deal and return my money! The financial manager and the dealership manager did nothing to try and resolve this and in fact just told me “Fine, I’ll rip your check up and then just hung up on me! Stay clear of this dealer and I would also say all Ciocca Dealership as they probably approve of this kind of sale tactics! I wonder how the Attorney General Of PA would feel about this tactic? More
