However, after an impromptu stop one Saturday afternoon at Ciocca at which we met Phil Young, we knew we HAD to buy from him! We stopped to look at the new Pilot EX-L's, and Phil came out and greeted us very quickly. He then gave us some time to check out the lot before coming back out to speak with us again. He went over all the features that were different between our current 2011 Pilot EX-L and the 2014 model. Phil knew the vehicle from top to bottom, and he was able to really explain some of the new features. After a few weeks of weighing our options and making our decision, we chose to make the drive down to purchase at Ciocca. Phil was working with another customer at the time, but made sure to greet us by name, and he even remembered much of the short stories we shared at the previous meeting. Joe Barone came to help us and take us for a test drive. He even helped us locate a car we hadn't seen on the lot in our own searching so that we were able to get the exact model we wanted with the interior color of our desire. Joe even took the car through the car wash quickly before our test drive to wash the pollen off so we could really see the vehicle. Just like Phil had done a few weeks prior, Joe went over all the new features of the 2014 model and demonstrated some of the new technology features. After the test drive, we knew we were ready to purchase. Phil took back over from Joe, and helped us to seamlessly close the deal that we wanted. All the while, he was personable, low pressure, and demonstrated the epitome of customer service. The entire process felt comfortable and friendly, and I will definitely be recommending Phil and the entire Ciocca team to many, many people! If you want a salesperson that goes the extra mile, Phil Young is the guy you need to see! We even drove the extra mile to make sure we purchased from him, and he definitely made it worth it! More

Service that delivered! Having purchased two Honda Civics there, and happy with the results, about a year ago I asked Phil to look for an older low mileage used Civic for my wife. He kept an eye out, and the minute one showed up on his lot, he gave me a call. The car was perfect, and we got a great deal. (See my other reviews for a more complete description of former purchases.) When we decided to trade my oldest daughter’s car, I asked Phil to start looking for a similar car, knowing that it might be very hard to make this happen again. But he came through again, and we are delighted with the results. Phil will go the extra mile for you, and he will find what you need, no matter the odds. P. S. I should also mention how happy I am with Chiocca Honda’s service department and body shop. The service department is very thorough, and in addition to several free oil changes that come with a vehicle purchase, they have performed some other work for free because I get all four cars serviced with them. Melanie and Joey are a pleasure to work with, and I know they look out for us. In addition, my wife's car was hit while parked soon after we got it. She was very upset because it had been immaculate, with not a scratch on it. A hit-and-run, the damage had to be covered by our collision insurance, and we had a $500 deductible. But Chiocca Honda will pay your deductible up to a year after you purchase a vehicle. It was like they had handed us $500, and the body shop soon had the car looking like new. I can't imagine buying a car, or having it worked on, anywhere else. More

We were greeted by Nick before we even made it to the door. Everyone at the dealership seemed upbeat and friendly. Nick was very helpful, answered our questions, and was not pushy at all. We met the General Sales Manager that day as well but we told them that we did not have much time but might come back when we had time for a test drive. I was impressed that they did not push to get any of our information to contact us. Nick simply gave us his card and told us he'd be happy to help us if we'd like to make an appointment to come back to drive the Odyssey. We came back two days later and he had the car ready and answered all of our questions. The whole buying process was not only painless but enjoyable. When we signed the paperwork and were told about the extra insurance plans, they were able to match a competitors price to give us the best buying experience. I would definitely recommend Ciocca Honda and Sales Consultant, Nick Cook. More
