In about 2 weeks after that I paid a visit to Ciocca Honda and met with Mark. I was trading in a 2007 Corvette and after taking a test drive in the Honda we discussed trade in value for the Corvette. I was most appreciative of the fact that he clearly explained features and patiently answered our many questions. After speaking with him, we felt confident that we would purchase a Honda. After test driving two models, we made our decision to purchase a CRV. Neither my husband nor I expected to make a purchase after visiting only one dealership, but quite honestly, there was no reason to look anywhere else. I would recommend Ciocca Honda without hesitation, not only for the quality of the car, but also because of the customer service. Alex was one of the best sales professionals we've encountered. Sean Solomon was able to answer my initial questions on the phone, so I made the hour long drive to Harrisburg to check it out. Well worth the trip. I met Phil Young who walked me through the sales process. When a couple of issues came up, Phil and Sean were able to smack them down with ease. They actually paid attention to what I told them I was looking for, and they were able to put it together for me. I've never been a fan of the car buying experience as practiced by most people. In fact, I've conducted seminars around the world on how people can and should improve their sales processes. But these guys actually walk the walk. They deliver a genuine, customer-focused approach to car buying. Highly recommended. More

I was driving an older SUV but wanted to down-size while still having enough space to carry the necessary materials for my job as well as my children. Morgan Reynolds did a great job of listening to my 'requirements' and selecting a car that was just right. His knowledge of the Honda vehicles allowed him to pair me with a Honda Fit, which I had never even considered before. He took the time and went over all of its features with me and was excellent at answering any questions that I had. In addition, he also discussed the pros and cons between buying a used vehicle and leasing a new one. I had never leased a vehicle before so this was extremely helpful. Matt Cole also did a great job with going over what loans were available to me and how best to finance my new purchase. I am very happy with my Honda Fit. I have dealt with other dealerships before (Saturn, Kia) and found Ciocca Honda to be by far the best. All of the staff was very friendly from the first time I stepped onto the lot until I left with my new car. I would highly recommend Ciocca Honda to anyone and will certainly be purchasing my cars from them in the future! More
