Superb Knowledge of Honda Vehicles I was in the market for a new Sedan and grew up on Honda, but have been driving a Nissan for the last 9 years, Phillip Young was able to portray such I was in the market for a new Sedan and grew up on Honda, but have been driving a Nissan for the last 9 years, Phillip Young was able to portray such a knowledge of Honda's technology and features that I felt as though I read through the manual an understood the operations of the vehicle before we even started the test drive. He knew what points were important and was clear and concise. Phil and his manager were very willing to work with me through the purchase and get me into that car that I wanted for the price that I wanted to pay. The only issue that I had was post purchase when I went to get the paint and interior protector applied. The Service department forgot to set up my rental car reservation and cost me an hour an a half of work. Went to pick up the vehicle and noticed that they had a minor chip in the hood from the tech. The Service Manager Greg Long was Wonderful and is in the process of working with Collision to get it fixed for me. Thank you everyone at Ciocca for a Wonderful Experience!! First New Car for Dad in a very Long Time I enjoyed working with Phil Young. He is a very high energy individual and quite enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Honda Cars. He worked with my Wife and I to find the color vehicle we wanted, plus explained the differences between EX LX etc. Phil also worked with me, to make sure I had a win-win deal between the dealership and my wife and I. Then when I had some second-thoughts he provided further information to assure me I was making a good decision. Regarding the settlement process, our deposit was not accounted for correctly, however this issue was promptly corrected. Regarding the selling of extended warranties/service agreements I would have liked more time to compare numbers and felt somewhat pressured. So there is some room for improvement there, but I don’t believe this reflects on Phil. More

He was very knowledgeable about the car. Most important to us, though, was that he listened to what we wanted in a car and explained what we could expect from the Honda. To our surprise, after driving another car that evening, we settled on a CPO Pilot that Ciocca had on its lot. We give Phil a lot of credit for helping us think through our purchasing decision. Phil got me the trailer hitch plus floor mates, splash guards and wheel locks at the same price as the other dealer. I did not experience the service department yet, since I just brought the car home today but I am sure it is as good as the sales department. More

Not only did we walk into Ciocca Honda with a 2011 Honda Civic but we told him we NEED the Honda Pilot PHILY YOUNG IS THE GREATEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did we walk into Ciocca Honda with a 2011 Honda Civic but we told him we NEED the Honda Pilot and NOTHING else. We gave Phil the price range we could afford and even before going into Honda we knew this was almost IMPOSSIBLE. A great sales man like Phil Young can help you in many ways however when your in Honda waiting for papers to get processed, waiting for other people to get service, it can be a very long day. Phil doesn't make it seem like it's a long day as well Phil isn't a pushy salesman wanting you to buy top of the line. That goes a long way because it did not look good for me and my family getting into a pilot that day, but with the help of General Sales Manager Matt, we were able to get things worked out. The best part is we got the price range we asked for, the Honda Pilot we wanted, and instead of the base model we were able to get the next model up. FANTASTIC, how amazing. I would recommend Phil Young (Ciocca Honda) to anyone who needs a vehicle. I gave him my price range and the features that the car must have in for me to even look at it.At first I didn't think he would find anything in my price range or with the features I requested without asking for car payments. When he came back to his desk he said I think I have what your looking for. so Mr. Philips showed me the car I was shocked it was like a dream come true. I couldn't believe that My Philips found a car that had all the features I requested and more. We went for a test drive and I was even more excited, I started to fall in love with the car not even knowing the price tag. When we got back to the dealership I ask Mr. Philips what's the price he told the price and my face lite up with the biggest smile. This car was a great blessing from Honda and from Mr. Philips he even help me get car insurance for a low price as well.
