Great Experience! I recently purchased my 2015 CR-V from Ciocca Honda with the excellent help from Bryan Rodas and Matt Cole. I went to Ciocca knowing the exact color I recently purchased my 2015 CR-V from Ciocca Honda with the excellent help from Bryan Rodas and Matt Cole. I went to Ciocca knowing the exact color combination and trim that I wanted even though I had been told by another dealer it would take a few months before they could get the one I wanted due to the 2015 models just coming out and availability being limited. Matt assured me he would find the exact vehicle that I wanted as quickly as possible and he did just that! I took delivery on my new CR-V less than a week after my first visit to Ciocca! Bryan is an outstanding salesman! He took the time to show me all of the features of the new CR-V before and after my purchase. I had a fairly busy travel schedule but had already determined that I wanted to buy a Honda CR-V so I contacted several local dealers online to see who could help me find the one I wanted at a good price. The timing was not ideal since the 2015 models were not yet at the dealers but several were in transit. Ciocca Honda was the only dealer that could come through for me with the color and package that I wanted. I especially enjoyed working with Bryan Rodas. Not only was he friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to but he gave me a fair price even though the CR-V's were in high demand. In fact, he actually saved me money by helping me figure out that the best trim level package for me was a step down from the one I was originally considering. That sealed the deal for me. The entire experience was pleasant. Even though I had to wait a week for my car to arrive, Bryan kept me informed every step of the way, and arranged for one of his colleagues to show me the car and help sync it with my phone when in did arrive. He explained things and worked with us to reach the final deal that we wanted. Phil also never pushed anything, he was patient and understanding. He also explained the Pilot's features very well to us, taking special note of the high-end safety features, which are important to us having 3 young kids. We were at Ciocca for many hours, with 3 young kids, so the play area was great! It really helped us entertain them during this process. They were also given balloons, which was very nice and the kids loved. The overall experience, from the time we met Phil, to signing the paperwork with Alex and being handed our new Pilot was great! Obviously the price we paid, but also how we were genuinely treated and dealt with by Phil and everyone else, is what will bring us back! This was BY FAR our best dealership experience ever. Once the salesperson realized that I was going to ask for a particular color exterior and interior with all of the features to make it loaded I felt he thought I was a pain. It seemed as if I was troubling them to look in their system to see if a match was located within a reasonalbe distance for them to get it. That was confirmed when he returned and said give me $500 and we will look into it on Monday and get back to you. Mind you it was Saturday morning. I have had dealers look in their system in minutes to tell me availability and they were not interested in assisting me without my $500 deposit and signature on a price to purchase. What a crappy way to do business. Would never return to this dealership to service my current Honda or to buy another. Actually this experience pushed me to another dealer and another automaker. I am the happy new owner of a 2015 vehicle that suits my needs from that other dealer and automaker. More
