I've never dealt with a salesman who was so knowledgeable about the vehicle as Dylan. Not only did he give detailed answers to our questions but without us asking Dylan explained every knob, push button & control on the dashboard. We were very impressed with Dylan's knowledge, personality & low key salesmanship. Quickest Buying Experience We recently leased a Honda Fit from Bryan Rodas and Nate (salesmen) at Ciocca Honda. I have never witnessed such an easy car buying experience. Both salesmen demonstrated excellent product knowledge and salesmanship. My young friend was told she wasn't a lease candidate, but Todd Paulus in Finace pulled some strings and made it happen! So happy to know she was able to get the best car in its class for less than she was about to pay for the worst! More

Lackluster Sales Process, but they make up for it in Service I have purchased several Hondas from three main dealerships in the Harrisburg, PA area over the past 18 years. This was my first buying experience wit I have purchased several Hondas from three main dealerships in the Harrisburg, PA area over the past 18 years. This was my first buying experience with Ciocca Honda. Their Sales process is somewhat cumbersome...there is definitely a disconnect between the Sales person who you "negotiate" the price of the car with and the Finance person who helps finalize your loan and ultimately final price/payment. WARNING: the Finance person makes a separate commission on all add-on warranty/service programs. This can be an overwhelming process with the Finance person bombarding you with paperwork, stats, and figures. My advice: hold them accountable to slow it down and walk you through each pricing option -- not just the "bundle" and how it ultimately affects your final monthly payment. When I had follow-up questions about the transaction, the Sales rep who said "it's all about building customer relationships" did not return my phone calls. Fortunately, the Service, Body Shop and Parts personnel make up for where the Sales process lacks in customer-friendly experience. And since the sale negotiation is only a small portion of the process, and Service is what counts in the months and years ahead, I feel Ciocca ultimately was a good fit. Out of the "big 3" dealers in the area, I'd rate them second place overall. More
Honda Ciocca Harrisburg PA (Sales Professional Joe Barone) I honestly wasn't out shopping for a new vehicle but I received a letter from Ciocca Honda (where I purchased my 2013 Honda CRV) offering a great offe I honestly wasn't out shopping for a new vehicle but I received a letter from Ciocca Honda (where I purchased my 2013 Honda CRV) offering a great offer for a trade in on my used vehicle. On the day I stopped up to the dealership, I was lucky enough to be able to have Joe Barone as my sales professional. The dealership was busy, with every sales person with a customer, but Joe sat down with me (even though he had a customer due in 30 minutes) and worked through the new car buying with me. We test drove a new Honda CRV, we worked numbers, he didn't try to "sell me" or scare me into buying a car. He allowed me time to think over colors, didn't rush me and respected my choices/decisions. After the sale, he explained the nuances of the car and took the time to set it up per my preferences even though it was after 9PM. He has called me to ensure my satisfaction and I am well pleased with his customer service. Ciocca has done well for me on both my car purchases and they are honestly the dealership in my area which offers the best all around customer service (met the general manager, who went out of his way to talk to me and point me to the right people) and values on cars. I feel lucky to have had Joe as my contact at the dealership and would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
An Extraordinary Salesman Makes The Sale I come from a Toyota family and I've had an old Toyota Camry for years since I turned sixteen. It was finally time to buy my own vehicle and I was set on finding an SUV that would get me through tough weather, offer interesting technology, and come from a reputable dealership. A reliable vehicle is all anybody wants and so I started my search at Toyota and later reviewed Honda, Subaru, and even Land Rover. I never even wanted to look at Honda CRVs at first because everyone in my family owns Toyota and I'm not as familiar with any Honda dealerships around. The first night I stepped foot on the Ciocca Honda lot Matt Buller was there with tons of useful information and hospitality. This very professional, down-to-earth salesperson was exactly what helped me choose the vehicle I really wanted. Mr. Buller explained the ins and outs of what the Honda CRV was and was the best salesman I've met with out of any dealership I've ever been to! The service was truly exceptional in that he took time to help me learn how to use my new vehicle and wasn't pushy about making a deal in the time he wanted me to. The first night I was just browsing SUVs Matt stayed over an hour after closing to make sure all my questions were answered and that I knew he'd be honest about coming to a negotiation with managers on a reasonable price, etc. I had the option to go to another dealership nearby to buy a Honda CRV for the same price and deals, but because of my amazing shopping experience at Ciocca Honda, I couldn't help but give them my business. I think it's easy for people to go to another dealership nearby to save $200 because it seems practical, but take my word for it, you won't want to miss out on the experience the staff at Ciocca Honda will provide you. I wanted to write down my experience because most people only take the extra time to record 'bad' reviews. If you happen to be in the area and are looking for a new vehicle (even if it's not a Honda as your first choice in the beginning!), take a look into Ciocca Honda. I still love Toyota, but after my most recent positive experience, I'm not sure I'll want go anywhere else. Matt, thanks again for all of your help and continuous professionalism! It's awesome to meet honest, kind hearted salesmen in this big car buying game we all eventually have to play. More

Worthy of a cross country road trip? Bought a used car 6/16 for my 18 year old son. Pressured by 2 salesmen. Told each used car on the lot goes thru extensive inspection. Any car that mr. He doesn't put a car ok lot that he wouldn't put his daughter in to drive cross country. A day after I bought the car couldn't fill gas tank. Took it for service. Ball joint also bad. Makes me go hhmmm. Would me ciocca put his child in that car? Can say adviser Chris is great. Entire gas tank needs replaced. Waiting to see outcome of jeep dealer inspection and hoping ciocca treats me right. More
