My contact at Ciocca, Kyrie, was especially well versed in knowing cars and kept me very informed. She was excellent in customer service. Yes, the price went from $2000 to a little over $700, and they offered us a loaner car, but the stress and price was much more than I expected. I do not think we will be going back. More

Saw this van advertised on line. I was specifically looking for another Honda Odyssey as I loved the one I had. Lasted me almost 15 years! Had a 1:30 appointment to assess a tire losing air. We arrived early and waited in the lounge (complementary drinks and wifi). At a mechanic's pay rate 90 minutes could buy a new (albeit cheap) tire. More
