My contact at Ciocca, Kyrie, was especially well versed in knowing cars and kept me very informed. She was excellent in customer service. My disappointment came when they didn’t realize that we had and ext in knowing cars and kept me very informed. She was excellent in customer service. My disappointment came when they didn’t realize that we had and extended warranty, and the price was outrageous, and until we got that all figured out and parts we needed I did not have my van for a week. Yes, the price went from $2000 to a little over $700, and they offered us a loaner car, but the stress and price was much more than I expected. I do not think we will be going back. More
