We initially chose to visit Ciocca because of an online promotion the dealership was running coupled with a popular electronics retailer. That is what got us in the door. However we stayed because of the customer service we received from our sales rep, Phillip Young. He has only been with the Ciocca team a short while but he already has a wide range of knowledge of the vehicle and was able to smoothly walk us through the process. His passion for his job and Honda was evident and a breath of fresh air. The management and finance teams were also excellent to work with. Purchased a new 2010 CRV and was ripped off and overcharged. My fault for falling for the "lines". shame on me!!! Paid off my loan early and Ciocca "forgot' to stop my auto payments for one 1/2 mon overcharged. My fault for falling for the "lines". shame on me!!! From the first person I spoke to on the telephone to inquire about the car, until the day I signed the contract and drove off the lot in my new car, the customer service was excpetional. The first person I was transfered to speak to on the telephone was Andrew. He greeted me politely and explained who he was and that he would have a sales asscoiate contact me shortly. Within minutes Mark contacted me and the rest was history. When I got to the dealership that day I met Mark and Andrew. Mark was very kind and very knowledgable about the vehicle and Honda as a company. He was not forceful or pushy. He made me feel welcomed, comfortable and assured that the team would try to meet my needs. Andrew was welcoming, friendly and upbeat throughout the entire process. He was also fair and I appreiciate that. Later I ment Tony. Tony was cool,clear and concise when explaining the paperwork and the other auto services that Honda provides. Mark's customer service was top notch and refreshing. Both Andrew and Tony were great and really represented well for the Honda Finance department. The overall experience was stellar.
