I was looking for a particular vehicle when I visited Ciocca Honda and was immediately greeted by Mark Shellenberger, who proceeded to give me his undivided attention. After gathering some information from me he got the wheels in motion and it seemed like the whole dealership was revved up to help find the car I was after and do it quickly, courteously, and professionally. They didn't have what I needed on their lot, but within 2 business days they had my new car ready and waiting for me. Mark, as well as all of the people I worked with, made me feel like I was their only customer and got me through the final processes swiftly and painlessly. Mark then took me through all the important points about my car, thoroughly explaining everything that I'd need to know to safely drive off the lot. Can't say enough about how friendly and professional Mark is, he's an all around great guy. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend him to my family and friends for a new Honda or any vehicle at Ciocca's. More
I would recommend this dealership to everybody. My salesman Dan Eckenroth was wonderful as well as Jude they are such good employees. I went to Ciocca Honda to get information about Hondas. I needed to replace a Ford totaled in an accident. The agent, Andrew Bird, was very well-informed about Hondas and showed me how a Honda would meet I needed to replace a Ford totaled in an accident. The agent, Andrew Bird, was very well-informed about Hondas and showed me how a Honda would meet my driving needs and have the features that were most important to me. I returned the next day for a test drive in a civic (in a snow storm!) and was impressed with how the car handled. I bought the civic that day. Mr. Bird was at all times well prepared to answer my questions without pressuring me to buy. He introduced me to several of the managers, all of whom were very welcoming. I strongly feel that I will have a good relationship with Ciocca Honda. I look forward to using the service department and to receiving good advice to make my Honda civic last a long time. More

Amy, Matt, and Aaron were awesome! They went over and above our expectations in all areas. Patients is the best word to discribe Phill. I was unsure of what car I wanted even after 10 or more test drives. Each time I came in Phill greeted me with a smile and answer all of my questions. He took his time with me and my husband and wasn't pushy. I have always wanted a white car with black interior. After test driving a few other cars I realized I AM A HONDA OWNER. Phil was the best car dealer I had worked with. I ended up getting a 2012 honda crosstour and it is the best!!!!!!! I love everything about it. When my husband completes law school, we will be going back to see Phil and Ciocca. Why? Because Ms. Indecisive needs someone with patients. More

My wife and I are in our 50s and we raised 3 kids thru college. We've purchased many a vehicle over that time. In a large majority of those cases, we had a bad experience that comes with the stereo typical “car salesman”. In this case however, with the exception of the finance manager, we had an exact opposite experience. The internet sales manager was prompt in her reply. In her emails she seemed to really care about what we wanted and making sure we would be taken care of. I was impressed right out of the gate. The sales professional started by giving us a big speech about how Ciocca Honda wants to do everything possible to make sure we have a positive experience throughout the life of our relationship. By the end of the day when we drove away with our new car, we truly believe that he meant what he said. He was thorough in all his explanations. He answered every question we had with an answer that was tailored to who we are and what we wanted. He went out of his way to show us things about our new car that most salesmen probably wouldn’t do. He gave us a tour of the facilities, explaining all the future interactions we may have with them. He demonstrated true customer care and customer service. The used car manager was friendly and appreciative when we reviewed the 2 clunkers we were trading in. The general sales manager came in at the end to review things and he gave the same speech we heard from the sales professional. He seemed sincere and we, along with the sales manager, got into a life experience conversation that was very enlightening. We were so impressed with the dealership that we went to the service department to schedule a detailing job for a 2005 Saturn that we still own. They were happy to do it. We explained how we lost a hub cap along the way and they offered to see if they can locate one for us and install it when the car comes in for detailing. This is one dealership that we won’t hesitate to recommend to others. More
